    Voltron,

    First of all, welcome back from the desert. Do you have an explanation on why SRS is plummeting, even in view of all the bad news regarding commercial real estate? Additionally, do you think it is worth getting back in at this price (it is very tempting) and that it will ride up to the 290s again?
